Damon Davis serves as Director for the Health Data Initiative in the IDEA Lab in the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. He is responsible for leading the Department’s efforts to promote the Health Data Initiative, a movement devoted to implementing policies directed at improving access to federal data resources, and promoting the expanded uses of the data for applications and services to promote innovative solutions to problems in health, health care, and the delivery of human services.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College of Maryland.
