David Osborn, Ph.D. serves as the Senior Vice President of Advisory Services for HealthTrust. In this role he directs and supports HealthTrust’s advisory services and consulting practices, including its offerings in Total Spend Management, Supply Chain Management, Workforce and Labor Management, and Clinical Performance.  David focuses primarily on client service delivery, development of new offerings and solutions, and business development. He has over 30 years of experience consulting with healthcare clients in the areas of business strategy, operations, innovation and technology.

jocelyn bradshaw
SVP of strategic Sourcing | Healthtrust

Jocelyn Bradshaw has more than 20 years of experience in optimizing supply chains, driving operational growth and in building and leading best-in-class sourcing processes and teams. In her role as the senior vice president of Strategic Sourcing for HealthTrust, Bradshaw is responsible for the operational activities of the GPO and the sourcing of its national products and services portfolio in the areas of nursing, surgery, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy. She also manages the member-led Supply Chain and Clinical Advisory Boards that drive the organization’s contracting processes as well as HealthTrust’s global sourcing, supplier diversity and environmental sustainability initiatives. Bradshaw’s previous experience includes senior-level supply chain, contracting and/or marketing positions with MedAssets, Broadlane and Johnson & Johnson Medical. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas, Arlington.

Andrew smith
director of strategy and innovation | brookdale senior living

As Brookdale’s Director of Strategy and Innovation, Andrew supports the organization’s strategic planning, partnerships and innovation efforts. This includes identifying and nurturing strategic partners that can help Brookdale achieve its mission of enriching lives and it also includes working with Brookdale’s department leaders to develop new capabilities and test new technologies. Andrew received his bachelors in science from Vanderbilt University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also received his master’s degree in organizational behavior from Vanderbilt, inspiring his passion for helping large organizations find new ways to solve challenging problems. His training and experience as a project management professional (PMP) have helped him lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.  

Since joining Brookdale in 2009, Andrew has fallen in love with the senior living industry and is excited to focus his career on the "Aging Economy." A Tennessee native, Andrew lives in Nashville with his wife and daughter where you can find him building campfires, doing yoga and reading sci-fi novels. He also serves as board chair for Girls on the Run of Middle TN, a non-profit inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running.

hudson jones

Hudson Jones, Business Strategist, Cerner Health Ventures, focuses on driving Cerner’s key growth strategies and commercialization efforts in emerging market segments.  In this role, Hudson works closely with leading health systems and technology partners to accelerate the development of innovative models for care delivery. Hudson has over five years of management consulting and provider operations experience with expertise in life sciences, precision medicine, change management, procurement, clinical process improvement and rural health.  Hudson received an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor ofScience in Biology from the University of South Carolina.

Fun Fact: Hudson and his wife are expecting their first child, a baby girl due in December.
