We will collect Information when you visit or use the www.healthfurther.com website and the related mobile application (collectively, the “Site”).

Personal Information

When you register for any event or create an account, you will provide your title, name, mailing address, e-mail, phone number, credit card and billing address. All of this information is Personal Information because it can be used to identify you as a natural person. In some jurisdictions, Personal Information may also include identification numbers, location information, and online identifiers.

Non-Personal Information; Cookies

Non-Personal Information does not identify you, but provides insights regarding your use of the Site. For example, we may automatically collect data through cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information or files that are stored on a user’s computer through a user’s browser to enable the Site to recognize users who have previously visited a website.

Cookies help retain certain information, such as customer preferences and history. As is the case with registration for Health:Further events or lists, these networking sites will facilitate registration or enhance or personalize your experience on our Site. How We Use Your Information

Consent

We want to make sure that your experience with Health:Further is one of the best experiences you have all year. Therefore, we will use your Information to respond to your communications, retain records for quality and training purposes, to confirm your registration if applicable, market information in connection with our events or partner events, and personalize your experience. We will process your Non-Personal Information to ensure network and information security in connection with your use of the Site.

As appropriate, we will obtain your consent to use your Information and will use the Information according to the disclosure in the consent. If no other means are available (e.g., an Unsubscribe link in an email) and you want to revoke your consent at any time, please contact us at privacy@healthfurther.com.

Legitimate Interests

We may share Information to the following:

–     Corporate affiliates, including corporate parents, subsidiaries, other affiliated entities, and associated entities for the purposes described in this Policy which are required to treat the Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy;

Children’s Privacy

Health:Further is not intended for anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such Personal Information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, California residents are entitled to request and obtain such information, by e-mailing a request to privacy@healthfurther.com.
